All new recruits will be offered guaranteed weekly minimum hour contracts. In essence, this means you are guaranteed payment for a certain number of hours a week even if we can’t supply you with those hours.
To be eligible for guaranteed hours contracts you will be required to work a minimum of alternate weekends and a mixture of early and late duties including split duties.
Available to full time and part time carers.
Pay Rates (excluding travel time and mileage):
Monday – Friday: £8.00ph
Saturday Day: £8.25ph
Sunday Day: £8.50ph
Saturday / Sunday Evenings: £9.00ph
(Evenings 8pm – 11pm)
You will be paid at a set rate for each call which you make, the rate being dependent upon the length and timing of the call. EG 30 min calls will be paid at half the hourly rate.
